Refund Policy

Cancellation:

• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to soulorabymansa@gmail.com.

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund after deducting 2% payment gateway charges.

• Orders cancelled after 24 hours are non-refundable, including 2% gateway charges.

• Customized order cancellations will forfeit making charges.

Refund Method:

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment source.

• COD orders: Refunded to the customer’s bank account.

• Gift card purchases: Refunded to the original gift card.

Notes:

• No Cash on Delivery for orders above ₹30,000.

• Pendants are sold without chains.
